{"id":7948,"date":"2024-08-26T19:14:37","date_gmt":"2024-08-27T02:14:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elreporterodelacomunidad.com\/?p=7948"},"modified":"2024-08-26T19:14:38","modified_gmt":"2024-08-27T02:14:38","slug":"aprueban-en-comisiones-reforma-al-poder-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elreporterodelacomunidad.com\/index.php\/2024\/08\/26\/aprueban-en-comisiones-reforma-al-poder-judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban en comisiones reforma al Poder Judicial."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La propuesta recibi\u00f3 22 votos a favor de los integrantes de Morena y aliados del PT y PVEM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ciudad de M\u00e9xico a 26 de agosto del 2024.- La Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados aprob\u00f3 por mayor\u00eda la reforma al Poder Judicial propuesta por el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador el pasado 5 de febrero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La propuesta recibi\u00f3 22 votos a favor de los integrantes de Morena y sus aliados del PVEM y del PT, mientras que 17 votos en contra provinieron de las bancadas del PRI, PAN, PRD y MC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la aprobaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Puntos Constitucionales, la reforma al Poder Judicial ser\u00e1 sometida a an\u00e1lisis y votaci\u00f3n en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados durante el pr\u00f3ximo periodo de sesiones ordinarias, que inicia el 1 de septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La reforma incluye cambios significativos en la elecci\u00f3n de jueces y magistrados, as\u00ed como en la estructura y funciones de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN) y el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federaci\u00f3n (Tepjf).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La propuesta recibi\u00f3 22 votos a favor de los integrantes de Morena y aliados del PT y PVEM.
